Sir , an fir was lodged and ipc 509 was imposed .police released after ps bail in 4 hours ..and court bail was granted ....the first hearing is yet to commence....sir i have upsc aspiration .what should be my legal procedures to get clean so that if selecteded ...i m not rejected......the girl is ready to cooperate since i have apologised ......but i m worried about any criminal record against me .plz help

Don't conceal anything in any document that you have to sign for employment.

For acquittal, compromise, discharge take help of a senior, local very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters.

Sir in which ways can my selectionwould be not affected by this fir and case?????? Is exoneration the only way ..........case withdrawl/ acquitiing/ quashing / case dismissal ......i have no idea. Can i talk to any lawyer from LCI

I m very worried about this ....i haven't slept from past two days ...i just need some proper advice to get myself out clean.....can i win this case ...sir i have cleared sbi po exam and next month is my interview...and this incidebt is affecting me badly.........can settlement be an option.....

Approach the girl's family with the help of reputed people of your place and plead for apology and seek the mercy humbly and request them to withdraw the case which would put an end to your worries

What would be my status as an accused ...after the case withdrawl????will it be sufficient enough to prove my innocence ....so that if police verification happens i get a clean approvement
