Ipc 497 evidence for stage of process issue argument

The case is under section 497 of IPC. The complainant is mother in law of accused (her daughter in law) who has lodged the complaint on behalf of her son as he residing in abroad. The present stage of the case is in verification and process issue argument. The evidence on record are missing complaint and flight boarding passed of the accused along with her boyfriend. It seems to be that the evidences are not sufficient to put up the strong case and to attract 497 on the daughter in law. Could you please help me to identify the applicable evidences so that this case can be put up strongly in the 497 of IPC.

I am unable to understand the import of the sentence "The evidence on record are missing complaint and flight boarding passed of the accused along with her boyfriend." Please enlighten.

The only evidences in this case are the missing complaint filed by the mother in law and the flight boarding pass which shows the accused (daughter in law) and her boyfriend traveled together.
Another evidence is the local police here identified that the couple has been living in Gaziabad in rented house. The charge sheet is not submitted in the court by the police though.
I would like to know what other evidence we can produce to make this case strong to be fit in the IPC 497 section.

What is the complaint given to the police? missing or adultery by her? If you cannot produce evidence how can the experts here can help you procure evidence that too without knowing the case history?

Two vital evidences mentioned by U are missing.U want to make the case strong enough U/S 497 ipc, U R a legal advisor as per U R profile, if U don't come out with the real facts how can the experts deal with U R case.
