Involve in fraud case...need help urgently!!!!

my uncle is a victim of mala fide, he is gold smith ,now he is facing problems due to malafide by one of his customer ,who actually is a thief,he sold some fence ,& that time my uncle was not aware of that.now after 4 years police catch that thief & they want to arrest them.the police belongs to different state..please respond ....

now what you are seeking as your remedy? if there is any case which is involved your uncle name also., he have no other option but to proceed accordance with law.
