Interim maintenance - dv -need judgement

Sir,

Now my dv case in Interim Maintenance arguments .
Court give order to my husband show all his salary slip & other documents .

My husband working in aboard & as per my knowledge he have more than 1.50 lakh salary per month .
I have one children 5 year with me & now my child in Mumbai school .

Now I am prey to court give 50% share his income for me & my child .

So please give me or send me all judgement , where court give order more 50 % share of income or same living of
Standard husband and wife .So we will strong my case .

Please send me judgement copy where mention Husband maintain his wife same living of standard of husband.

There is no decisions which allows half of the income of husband as maintenance. The quantum of maintenance hovers between 1/3rd to 1/5th of established income of husband.

If you have engaged a lawyer, he/she will handle the judgment citation issues, leave it to your lawyer, if you are appearing as party in person, consult a lawyer in the local out of court and get his advise for further issues and proceed accordingly. There is no law to decide the quantum of maintenance and in all the probabilities it will never be 50%, you have been misguided by people around you.
