Interim dv order and main trial

Hello Expert,

Can i get a stay for the interim DV order? This DV order was decided exparte.I have appealed against it in the sessions court.
Can the session court stay the interim DV order and ask to conduct the main trial.

Can I get stay for the interim order is your question? but how do you expect anyone to predict the answer without you furnishing the basic details too? It depends on the merits you may put forth before the court seeking to set aside the interim award.
