Both Decided to do intercaste marriage...She has been facing so many problems from her parents, she has been under violation of human rights...that's why We decided to go on... Will police stop from this... If police do against us, what shall we do... Please give us best suggestion and also offer a lawyer in anantapur...

If you feel difficulty in getting married on the ground of difference in caste of both parties, better go and get married according to Civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954. The Marriage officer of the district is the Deputy Commissioner who get the marriage solemnised and registered and the complete Police department of the district is covered under his jurisdiction. No police official will go against the DC of the district unless that Police official is looking for transfer or dismissal.
Better contact the District Office of your district and give notice for marriage asap, after one month period the marriage can be solemnised in presence of 3 witnesses only and registered at that time only. You will get valid marriage certificate for the marriage. There are in some States even award/reward in the form of financial help for parties who go in for inter-caste marriage especially if one of the party belongs to SC/ST caste, get information about this also from the District office and apply for this award/reward if you are eligible for it in your district.

If it is inter caste Marriage go for Special,

If you both belong to different castes you go for Special Marriage Act Marriage or Civil Marriage or court Marriage.
Get public notice and News paper ad i9ssuesd inviting objections from interested parties. You both will have to to stay within the jurisdiction of District commissioner or District marriage officer for 1 month before issuing legal notice and News paper ads.The DMO will solemnize your marriage with 3 witness and issue a Marriage Registration Certificate.
