I am working in a psu as a sales promotion employee.but not confirmed for last 4 years.though my probation was increased for 6months by a letter after completing one year probation.even after said extension of 6 months I was not confirmed.in last 4 years I have not received any salary increment.don't you think it as violation of sales promotion act and other labour laws?seeking your opinion to proceed further.

Confirmation of employment: You may show the service conditions, service rules and regulations, appointment letter, certified standing orders of the establishment, letter of extension of probation period to an able labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law Firm.
As understood from other threads initiated by you, and term 'sales promotion act', you are into phrama selling. This Industry has formidable employee's/trade unions.
Your counsel(s) that has examined all of the docs on record can advice you the best.
