I need to know what is meant by TA in Law terms... because why i am asking this one because our one inaam land which belongs to our Grand mother is going to regrant but all are telling that it is in pending due to our Grand mother's sister done TA on that Property, Thats why i need to know what is that TA.

there are many abbreviation of TA, it is better to go the land department and consult them. As per my knowledge there are two TA that use as follows:
Tax Amnesty
An opportunity afforded to a tax payer to rectify errors or omissions in past tax years or returns.
Tax Avoidance
To avoid taxes by arranging one's affairs so as not to incur tax.
Tender of Amends
An offer to settle an emerging claim.

Dear Friend, Probably here the TA means a Transfer application in regard to the Title transfer of the Property.You are immediately requested to file a Caveat application in the Sub Registrar office so that if any such proceedings are initiated by the authorities it should be informed to you as an effected party in this case.
