Hi Experts,
Can you please tell at what stage can i request for permanent alimony in divorce case?
Will there be separate petition needs to be filed?
husband is impotent so how much amount we can demand as he spoiled my life and career and mentally murdered?
they intentionally spoiled by suppressing his impotency and took lot of dowry from us and beaten very badly and tried to kill by leaking gas cylinder.

Application for permanent alimony and maintenance u/s 25 HMA can be filled in the main divorce/annulment case during the final stages when argument for main petition is to be heard. The Family Court will decide this application along with main petition and pass appropriate order. As far amount of permanent alimony is concerned that should be based on financial position for both parties, rest the court will decide the amount.

He and his family members are sadists and are managing my lawyers and dragging the case by long dates.
he is just dragging the divorce case in order to avoid impotency test.
is there any way to speed up the process and get him tested?

If you have any doubt about advocate attend each and every date before court. For impotency test you have to file necessary application before court and take followup of application. You can also change advocate.

If your lawyer is being managed by OP as posted by you then change the Lawyer immediately.
Do you have any evidence of your lawyer acting against your interest or against you?
If NO on what grounds you have concluded?

Swetcha, how long you have been married to him and what is the nature of your allegations of his impotency? Impotency of male can arise in different manner, so what is the nature of your husband's impotency?

This query looks like a fish market, and not a home. Her husband seems to be having some health problems, and in spite of finding a way for cure she is looking for her share in her husband's hard earning, and her home resembled a stock market. Even butterflies, bees specially bumble bees who don't even stored honey and ants works hard for their survival, but Indian women seems to act like a leach on her husband. Is this the way to make a home? Why, should a wife just divorce her husband without finding a solution for her husband's health problems, that also with the sole objects of alimony. I had the opportunity of going through some foreign judgments where the wife support her impotent husband and children for 5 to 6 years, and finding no solution to his impotency filed for divorce. At lest try to find a solutions to his health first rather than making your home a fish market.

Its very sad about your opinion without knowing the genuity and severity and how much struggle girl faced and life spoiled in the hands of impotent and
his family members.
Marriage was happened around 3 and half year.
with in a month i came to know that he is impotent but still stayed with him 6 months.
as per Elders suggestion we took him for medical test in reputed hospital.
He ran away without undergoing medical test.We tried all the possibilites and begged to cooperate and not to spoil my life.
He and his family members took lot of dowry, furniture and jewellary from us. they did not even spend single rupee for marriage.
Entire marriage expenses are beared by my family members.from very inital days itself started harrassing for properties,
ATM card, salary and beaten so many times and threatings and attempting to kill by leaking gas cylinder if i tell anyone about his impotency.
Due to their horrible torcher i went to depression and lost my job also.I lost everything not just married life.
he and his famaily torchered not only me and even my parents.my father is heart patient. Due to their threatings he got hospitalised and in crital situation now.
He and his family members know that he is impotent and cant be cured.so marriage is a business to them. simply marry the girl with huge dowry and harass and
then abscond with that money. if any of the girl who is educated complains drag the case in courts by managing so that girl only
suffer.Its a mental murder of the girl.Iam fighting for proper punishment and justice who spoil girl life due to his impotency purposefully.

Look at the original post of the querist and my original responds. Swetcha, you should have posted your story in details earlier.Leaking of gas cylinder, ATM and salary are all subject to proof.

i have all solid proofs but still they are managing and dragging . thats my worry. its taking time but they cant escape all the time.
Yes i asking for my right and i am fighting for justice.

Nobody has right to spoil innocent's life.
