Impact of illegal orders?

(Querist) 25 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
1. What will be the impact of illegal orders by lower, middle and to courts?

2. Will the perpetrators saved by illegal orders in their favor get emboldened to continue & relish more illegal acts?

3. Would not such illegal acts amount to betraying fundamental and constitutional rights of the victim?

4. Would not such illegal acts stimulate, encourage more illegal acts and new entrants to perform illegal acts?

5. Do such illegal orders by courts amount to corrupt practices?

THIS IS NOT A FIT PLACE TO DISCUSS THOSE MATTERS.

POST THEM IN FORUM SECTION.

HERE WE DEAL ONLY FACTUAL ASPECTS OF A POSED PROBLEM AND IT's LEGAL MANAGEMENT.

Do you think courts issue illegal orders? If so, can you attach any such illegal order along with your reason how do you consider that as illegal? Hypothetical questions should always be avoided.

Therefore, before taking advice, the querist should be too careful
VVS Ramaikrishna (Querist) 10 December 2014
Courts do pass illegal orders and by ignoring facts, documentary evidence and provisions of law. Even lawyers indulge in illegal activities of filing false, fake and forged documents and get away with illegal orders too which favor them.

Unfortunately, this is no hypothetical obeservation but is the fact that a litigant is subjected to face.

There are even so called experts who write about people and facts even without knowing any while attempting to influence others with their belligerence.

Truth is always a bitter pill which most prefer to avoid, evade and falsehood is sweet which everyone appears to endorse.

My apologies if the above observation hurts anyone but could not help after going through a few comments herein.
VVS Ramaikrishna (Querist) 10 December 2014
People approach available platforms within their means to get advice from the knowlegeable and if no advice is possible nor any advice can be provided, atleast one should refrain from imposing his negative and speculative thoughts
