Illegal property

After my parents passed away when i was 5 my uncle illegally took away my parents property and sold it as now im 24 and want to go ahead and get it back,but don;t know to go about with it.
Bit of legal advise needed so as to from where to start.

There are lot of legal restrictions in selling a minor's property.

After your parents, you are the owner of the property.
You were minor and nobody could sell the minor's property without getting permission from Court.
Consult a local lawyer with documents.
