Illegal commercial activities by neighbours

Dear Expert,
Request to help on the matter, as two of my neighbors have started Furniture Manufacturing Business in our street in front of our Houses, they are using heavy machine day and night to module wood, and also using spay machine to colour the raw furniture items, we have requested to stop these activities but it has no effect, we have also approached to the local police station but still no action was taken.
What are the remedies available to us to tackle this issue ?? Needed you suggestion please help.

Do they have their showrooms for sale, if so where, or they manufacture for some other furniture dealers?

Dear Vikas,
On what ground you will take injunction and how do you propose to prove that their manufacturing activity is only a commercial activity and that too illegal?

Dear Sir, We have submitted various complaints to our local police station regarding the same, and also lodge complaint online portal of MCD, we are taking pictures of the activities on daily basis, and also making videos of the same.

That is not the reply to my query. The action by you so far does not provide sufficient grounds to prove any illegality or commercial nature of their activities.
Local police don't have any jurisdiction to take any action on behalf of the BMC, unless requested by BMC. Wait for the result for online complaint with BMC, or pursue personally to verify the facts, legality or illegality of their activities, instead of making hurry to waste your time and money in the court of law for injunction.
