IPC 420, 467, 468 120 b

Hello sir
I would like to know that in my case a person create FIR on me with the help of 156 (3) with ipc 420, 467, 468 and 120 b. And police made FR on that and summited on court. Now I received an summon that I have this case and next date is on Feb. Please help that would I need bail first then I can appear in court or I can appear in court with out getting arrest.

Mr. Roshan,
The sections mentioned by you are cognizable and non-bailable. As a private complaint has been filed against you and it seems the court has taken the cognizance of the same.
It is advisable for you to take immediate action and file an application for Anticipatory Bail before the Sessions Court. Take a help of a good lawyer to proceed strongly.
