I dont have any surname and i want to apply for a pan card

DEAR SIR/MADAM

I DON'T HAVE ANY SURNAME IN MY DOCUMENTS, I WANT APPLY FOR A PAN CARD AND THE FORM ISN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT SURNAME.

SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO?
HOW I APPLY FOR PAN CARD?

It doesn't make any difference you can apply for the PAN card

If you wish you can repeat your first or second portion of name or full name as surname.

yes sir i m filled form as per ur suggestion and its shown my name as SONU SO.
