But yesterday again beaten her and threw her out with her 3 years old child. Now what to do pls give some guidance .

Talk to him. He requires counselling if physical tortures is not for money and it is infrequent.
If he is other wise normal then any legal step may ruin marriage of your daughter.
jatinkumar (Querist) 21 October 2016
Sir my uncle daughter does not want to stay with him . And uncle also don't want to send her daughter back.

If your uncle and his daughter want divorce then MCD shall be short recourse.

If their intent is to get abusive husband penalized, then also your able counsel can advise you.

She should file complaint of domestic violence.

Younger daughter should also lodge complaint with the police.

jatinkumar,

THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE FILING CASE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR OTHERWISE APPROACHING POLICE. TRY TO FIND OUT THE REAL CAUSE OF SUCH A BEHAVCIOUR
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 22 October 2016
The real cause is well explained by him and such persons do not understand counseling language.

Such people justify the need of more strict and ruthless laws against men.

Such husband has some problem in ear which cannot be resolved by ENT doctors and only cops are trained and paid for such cures.

You have wasted time in not going to the thana.

She should have dialed 100 then and there when she was beaten or when her sister was threatened in college.

If someone approaches a girl in college to threat her (whether girls or co-ed) he risks a good beating there. Such this speaks of his boldness which you are giving him.

you have posted a query and you have received responses.

Everything is not within everybody's aptitude.

Everything is not everyone's cup of tea.

It shall be certainly better to spend some quality time with your own counsel and understand the options, merits, way ahead etc etc.............

Give it another hour or a day,or a week and then proceed on your decided action with firm hands.

Your able counsel can help you get through.

Mr. Jatin Kumar, socially active fellow,

If your "uncle daughter has done love marriage," but her husband is beating her, scolding, using abusive word , her husband drinks , and also her husband is having eyes" on your "uncle younger daughter," has that love vanished now?

Also, when you are socially active, I wonder, how you have failed to mend your uncle's son-in-law!

To be frank, your question seems to be purely an academic query.
Guest (Expert) 22 October 2016
Also, being a socially active person, why don't you try to sort out their problem with your own influence, if your "uncle daughter does not want to stay with him . And uncle also don't want to send her daughter back."
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 22 October 2016
Agree with the expert Sudhir Kumar.
