What is the case? Incomplete one line query.
Request your advocate to apply for early hearing of the case and/or mention (orally)regarding the case of a Senior Citizen to the Court for taking it up on priority basis.

You can make an appropriate application/petition. But there is limited chance that matter will be really speeded up.

Yes, file an application under Article 227 of constitution of india in the high court for order of speedy trial.

Hello experts,

Your response is appreciated. Here one question is raised in my mind, why each lawyer has different views in regard of this speed up possibilities. I also discussed with other lawyers, all were looking at the ratio 50-50%. Is Indian law really bad?
FYI, I have sent request to Ministry of Law for same and it has passed one month still I am waiting for their response.
I am really frustrated to find the right way to overcome from this obstacle. Please help!!

Thanks
Kamal

Hello Mr. Kamal,
1. Thanks for your appreciation.
2. Your question different views (for all matters vis-a-vis answer is obviously different since every person has his/her own thought process, trimming and grooming, training and experience so and so forth. Accordingly there is nothing wrong/surprising.
Indian Law as you stated is not so bad as alleged by you but graduated in present form from its Vedic/Mughals/British imperial regime wherein mostly (generally) latter is being practiced, which is under consideration of present union government (for repealing the outdated laws or amending the existing ones to present conditions).
Without going through the contents of the query raised I cannot appreciate, comment and opine on your request to Min of Law. Whatsoever, frustration will end up without any result, do not get disheartend, keep going with full vigour.

You are wasting time in writing to Ministry of Law.
You may not be aware that Indian Judiciary or the legal system is more advanced and efficient than many western countries.

Even same person will answer differently after few minutes.
Never expect machine made answers.
Mind thoughts of everybody changes every moment.. wording will certainly differ.

Over-wise ness harms himself as well as all who interact..

The replies by experts namely Dr. Vashista,Mr. Barman and Mr Shroff are highly appreciable. This would have convinced the author and explained him satisfactorily. By the way what made you to blame the Indian law system at this age, you have gone through the same all through your life, now because you are not given importance, you express your frustrations blaming the country and its legal system. are you made aware of our legal system or the official machinery only recently?

Whether you are senior citizen or not all the remedies suggested by the experts are based on the urgency of matter. Any trivial matter is urgent for the related person. The judiciary has to see whether real urgency is there or not.
