How to get expert report

Before a month we file a consumer complaint in district consumer forum, to get compensate against builder for using the low quality material and non completion of the said building.

But to prove the case we need an expert report from an civil / structure engineer, i tried to approch the number of engineers but they are not ready to give any expert report againsst engineers of their ownn community

Can we Request the forum for approaching expert on behalf of complaint as the cost of complainant??

Or is their any other way to prove the low quality of the construction material????

please advise........

There are professionals which have registration and provide such services. You can avail their services.

Your lawyer would guide, such reports may have been received in other cases also.

Approach Some Senior Engineers Approved by Govt and meet them thro some one known to them assuring of their Fees.Preferably Not From your Area and they would Certainly Help You.

For the construction case, you should get expert report from a civil engineer, whose certificate is accepted by the court.

You can search in google.

But, as the building is not completed, you do not have the access to the building. Your engineer has to enter into the premises for the purpose of giving opinion.

So, you may appoint a expert through court, file a separate petition for that.

some Engineers approved bey govt are also there. Meet them through a common friend or acquaintance and after fee is fixed request them to check for structural defects, substandard construction material etc and get a report. Submit this expert report in consumer forum and get compensation and also compensation for delay.. If you appreciate this answer please give me my profile thanks.

Very few private engineers do have a lab to test the building material used. Request your court to appoint any reputed engineering institute like IIT or NIT to appoint as expert and undertake in the court to pay their fee. These institution undertake such exercise on the direction of court or Govt. They not are not only ready to take such audits but their experts may appear as witness also
