Parole is granted by court for few days or hours on the application of accused in very special circumstances like marriage or death in the family of accused.

Application for parole be filed u/s 482 of CRPC.

Grant of parole or furlough is a concession given to the prisoner under the system known as "Parole and Furlough Rules", which are framed under the provisions of the Prisons Act, 1894.

Take the help of an advocate practicing in high court outside the court to prepare an application to file before high court seeking parole to the prisoner for applying it as party in person so that you do not stand missing the vital information if any.
