patwari may not alter entries in Khatauni on its own. File an application before SDM/ Tahsildar concerned and get an order
R.K Nanda (Expert) 17 February 2017
patwari works in tehsildar office.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 17 February 2017
Check if the updations are digitized.

It might be a practice to submit to Patwaari and Patwaari collects all forms/papers and put up to Senior Officials and applicant can collect on date given.

How the ownership as per mentioned share acquired ?

submit the request with copy of said document to Tehsildar through Patwari.

rajeev sharma (Expert) 18 February 2017
No doubt Patwari is sub ordinate to Tahsildar but he has no judicial powers and cannot record any thing in the land records except recording the names of a deceased tenure holder and that too is confirmed by Tahsildar. The practice donot count judicial pronouncement is made as per provisions of Revenue law

Thanks to all experts for your valuable suggestions,

As i already mentioned that "The share comes from inheritance property from registered will".

Is there any section/law/form no. under which i have to file an application before SDM/ Tahsildar for mentioning share in Khata-Khatauni.
rajeev sharma (Expert) 10 March 2017
If the succession is to be recorded on the basis of a will then you will have to file a suit in the court of Tahsildar concerned
Kumar Doab (Expert) 10 March 2017

As per lawyersclubindia experts guidance we file the case in Jan 2018 in SDM Court under partition law.
Status :
1. Submission of Case (Jan 2018) with "will" as a proof in SD Court Dehradun (Uttarakhand)
2. Notices server to all four parties
3. All four parties file a vakaltnama with there Advocates
4. Three parties denied all our claim
5. Fourth party did not reply till date (Silence)
6. Official Authorities (SDM) did not sit and see the case till now.

Suggestion required :
Is there any process for fast proceeding that SDM sit and see the case.
"Someone told me that as my father (Appellant) age is near about 64, on this ground we take an order from Nainital High Court for fast proceedings.
Or
Is there are any other clause for fast proceedings.

You could file a Pleading Petition in the same Court where the Proceeding are going on stating that the Concerned case to be completed on Priority on the grounds of Senior Citizen being involved in detail and proof /evidence with regard to the age mentioned
Guest (Expert) 22 April 2019

Dear lawyersclubindia experts,
As per your guidance we file a partition case under section 176 in SDM Court Dehradun, Uttarakhand in Jan 2018.

Current status in the case is that all the hearing done and SDM court directed an order to Patwari to make Kurrey.
Now i have query that we have land in different khasra no.
Example :
(a) Khasra No. 423
(b) Khasra No. 456
(c) Khasra No. 578
(d) Khasra No. 890
(e) Khasra No. 912
(f) Khasra No. 913
We have our share in all khasra Numbers but we want our complete share in part (f) Khasra No. 913 so it can be possible to have chakbandi during the case from patwari as per his jurisdiction or kindly suggest some ruling to have chakbandi during the case under section 176.
Thanks
