How to demolish illegal hotel.

There is a hotel in mulshi taluka of pune region.
The owner has purchased a 15000 sq ft of land and have constructed about 10000 sq ft RCC structure on it . The structure is of Ground floor and first floor. As per my research the land has not been converted Into Resort NA or any other NA . I want to demolish the structure legally , What should i do?

For demolition of an illegal structure only local Municipal authorities can take action. Enquire with Pune Municipal authorities about its legality, if the construction is proved unlawful, then submit a written complaint to the Building department of the Municipal corporation. You may follow this up with RTI if no action is taken.

To acquire power to demolish other's property, you may first have to get appointed to the post of the Administrator of the Municipal Corporation of Pune. Otherwise, you don't have any power to demolish any property, may that be illegal. You can only make complaint to the competent authority.
However, if you make an anonymous complaint, like your post here, the authorities would be free to throw your complaint in dustbin without taking any action.
Still further, mind it, even if they prefer to take action after your complaint, the fellow would be entitled to compound his case by paying the penalty or conversion charges for commercial use of property, if not already got due approval of the building as hotel or resort. But still, you won't be able to demolish his hotel, yourself.
You should not have tried to make the experts as your tool to use them for taking revenge from some of your enemy.
