1) once power of attorney was executed by your husband in favour of his brother then the brother was duly authorised to sell said land

2) on his death the power of attorney comes to an end .

3) please cross check whether POA was duly registered or not .

4) obtain copy of sale deeds made by brother in favour of family members .

5)file suit challenging sale deeds executed by brother and for setting aside said sale deeds on account of fraud

No need of cancelling the POA as it comes to an end automatically on the death of POA holder.

Inquire about all the transactions done by the POA holder and if something foul smelled consult your lawyer to challenge the transaction.

Power of Attorney has lost its validity soon on the moment of death of its holder hence there is no legal procedure to get it cancelled as it cannot be used by any person.
