R/Sir,
My officer barrow some money from me for his domestic work. I transfer the amount in his account. but now he denied. Can i complaint to higher authorities. Kindly guide me.

On the basis of evidence in your possession you can issue a legal demand notice asking for return of he money borrowed after which you may think of contemplating further legal actions.
