Homestay accommodation for our guests

We are a couple in our golden years. Since 2011 we are offering homestay facility in our 2 BHK apartment for NRIs, Foreigners and Indians having proper travel documents. So far we never had any issues / problems due to proper screening of the guest who generally happen to be females / couple. Now suddenly a member having on going problems with his wife and us has objected to it that too when Govt. of India & Maharashtra approve of such accommodations for the tourists. Pl. advice how to deal with such rogue elements ?

1) you need to be registered with the tourism department, which will also categorize your homestay into Gold and Silver based on the facilities you will be offering to guests

2) you need to be reside in the house and should be providing breakfast to your guests at a tariff that you have set beforehand to avoid disputes

3) The local tourism department conducts an inspection of the property before their final verdict.
4) Based on the category you will be applying, you need to pay a registration fee which is between INR 3000 to 5000.

5. The department conducts surprise inspections.

You have not stated what type of problem you have faced with what objction by the husband. You are also required to state that both husband and wife are staying in your homestay accommodation.
