You have filed divorce and the procedural enquiry can decide about the alimony and divorce. You have to wait.

Vague query.
Your own lawyer can be the best guide. Try to rely on your own lawyer. Even otherwise, justification of alimony depends upon the affordability of your husband vis a vis your own income.

The court considers estate of spouse(s) and liabilities.
Per facts of the matter placed before court the court may/may not decide to allow divorce and may want to grant opportunity to save marriage.

Your own counsel that is aware of facts and merits on sides of both spouses can guide you the best

This is your side story. Husband too will have to say so much and that is the reason he has filed RCR. If u r a hosuewife and feel that managing household activities is the job of a maid, it is the sorry state of mind. Even if u marry again, there too u will have to manage household activities, if u r not working. So first u need to change your thought process as it is a insult to everyone's mother as well. As far as alimony is concerned it all depends on the fact and circumstances of each case. As the daughter is living with u, so the husband will have to pay the maintenance for her.

If you don't have any faith in your lawyer, better change him. Otherwise, your story lacks any fact. When you have already filed for divorce, there seems no reason for you not to be guided properly by your own lawyer.
