Have Complaint against an Employer

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 March 2018 This query is : Resolved
I have served in a company for 1 Year and 6 months. After I resigned, I couldn't give 1 Month notice period instead I agreed to deduct amount from my salary as per rule. Now, they are turning dirty and not relieving me, even not giving me , my accepted resignation and not giving me Experience Letter also. I have a snap of Accepted Resignation. Now even after 1 month of my resignation, they sent me letter stating that your name has been struct off from the company. Kindly suggest what I should do.

The term, "struck off" is the crude language for relieving a person from his job. You can treat is as a relieving letter, but not as an experience letter.

Your name has been struck off from the company role is good enough proof of being relieved of the job. The period of work in the company, joining letter with date and letter with date when your employment were discontinued is proof of the experience of work in the company, although not defined in the form of a single letter but you can still use both these letters prove as experience period in job in the company.
