Pl. provide me the latest law relating to protection of women from harassment, sexual abuse at working place alongwith relevant order/rule made by govt. of India and its related cases.

in Vishakha Datt case (1997)-the Hon'ble Supreme Court has given directions to the state to make policy to protect the dignity of working womens, you should go through this case.

I strongly agree with Mr.Ashok Kumar... plz go through the Vishakha datt Vs State of Rajasthan case, where The SC had given broad guideline in this regard...

1 a sexual harassment committee ,head is always woman , a outsider social warker ,a reperasantative or every class of services & cast with a man is members can hear such type of case on org,. level
