Harrasment from neighbor

(Querist) 16 December 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sirs,

Since last 3 month I am residing at my newly purchased home which is not yet registered as co-operative society hence the society formation is not yet done. The builder is looking after all operations.

My immediate neighbor is making harassment. His all family members are keeping their footwear's, shoos, sleepers, sandals and wastage exact in front of my main door. Despite of repeated requests he ignoring and not listing anything. Since there is no formation of society I can not make complaint to the society.

Is there any other constitutional way to make the complaint and get rid out of it.

Please advise.

you cannot keep footwear in common passage . issue legal notice to your neighbour to remove the said footwear

Bring in notice of the neighbour and the builder. Try to have amicable solution of the problem. If no action, send legal notice.

Yes but settle thus issue amicably. It does not look for neighbour to entangle in legal issue over such a petty topic.

Respected Sirs,

As per your advise my family had tried to sort out issue amicably and requested neighbor not to keep foot wears in-front of my door but he is very much adament & replied to me saying 'Do whatever u want I will continue to keep foot wears here. Then I approached to the Builders office and informed them to interfere. Builder staff advised me to through his foot wears out of building which I cant do.

Again I am seeking your expert advise along with contact details of any expert advocate located at Kalyan, Maharashtra.

Thanks in advance.
