Harassment complaint field by lady ! (hyderabad)

Need experts inputs on below case:

One of my friend has called some lady in context of society association work and it seems there was some argument happened over some topic. Lady cut the phone but this person has called few time as lady phone was engaged. Two time the discussion has happens in span of 10-15 min.

Now it seems lady has done Harassment complaint to police.
Need help for my friend here:
(1) How can he know if really a complaint or FIR is lodged against him or not.

(2) Is it going to be cognizable or non cognizable offence ?

(3) Can you go to court and get some protection order in case he is going to be arrested by police ?

It all depends on the Conversations that had been Recorded.Your statements makes us understand that there should be certain things out of way in the Conversation.Meet a Local Good Criminal Side Advocate and Seek Protections Like Anticipatory Bail etc.

Still Consult a Local Good Advocate who could Confirm with Local Police regarding Complaints if any Or Try to Sort out the Issue with that Lady it self with an Apologise.

Is there any way to find out directly if the compliant really has been lodged and what is the nature of it?

Your Personal visit to Police Station might Invite some troubles Let a Local Good Advocate Or Local VIPs Confirm the same.You could also get it by writing thro RTI but it would take 30 days.

Try to find out whether any FIR is lodged by the police.

Consult a local lawyer and discuss in detail.

It seems FIR is not yet lodged but he now got call from police to come to police station. It seems they may arrest him.

Consult a Local Good advocate and Let him Visit Police Station.Basing on the out come it could be decided whether the Issue could be sorted out with Police or Anticipatory Bail is required till then your Friend has to be safe.
