Harassment by police inspector

Sir i m in defence posted in delhi .home town in lucknow.there was a girl who used to be my friend. Family relations were good .but in course of time situation get worse. That girl was in possesstion of my debit card i have given her when his dad met with an accident. Also she was carrying photos of together when we went to vaishno devi.girl went there without persual of her family. When she called me when she reached surprised but some how i managed.that photograph consisists of normal travelling photos. Even i got married with some other girl.i invited her family.her father and his little bro. Attendend the marriage ceremony.but as the six month time pass that girl along with his family and one inspector start backmailing saying that u have used girl in context of promising for marriange with my girl showing that debit card and photograph. Around 4 years of my marriage has been passed. Now the girl also got marrien wirh sime other guys .even now her parents black mailing us .and one inspector used to visit our house regularly and demanded money.how can i deal with this situation .and how i proceed further plz tell me the way.plz

talk to state vigilance bureau and get the inspector trapped while accepting money. For them it is simple procedure.

IT IS NORMAL OF A POLICE PERSONNEL TO MAKE MONEY BOTH WAYS, THAT IS COMMON.
WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE VERY SAME HARASSING POLICE MAN NOT FORCED THAT GIRLS FAMILY TO PUT UP A STORY TO ENABLE HIM TO MAKE MONEY.
SO BETTER MEET THAT FAMILY WITH A COMMON FRIEND AND PERHAPS SORT OUT THE ISSUE MORE FASTER, IF THAT FAMILY HAS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS HELP THAT FAMILY WITH MONEY THAT WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM FASTER SIR.

We have tried to compromise but they dont agree they are demanding more than five lakh rupees. Wo chahte hai kisi v tarike se hume fasa ke paise vasul le.even the inspector supporting her family.sir kya wo case kar sakte hai.us ladki ki saadi ho chuki hai .in bato ko lagbhak 4 sal ho chyke hai.agar police wala ata hai to use kya mna kar sakte ki ja sale kuch v karle hum paisa nahi denge.even this incident has disturb completely my family.because i m outside of station

1. Unbelievable story.
2. You are a combatant (soldier/sailor or airman) or civilian defence person?
3. No police personnel will approach you, a defence person, for demanding 5 lakh as bribe, knowing fully well that the he is merely a defence person and do not have such capacity to pay 5 lakh bribe. Even they (police) people think thrice from asking such huge amount from big business houses for doing "undue" favour.
4. Did you create/have any proof/evidence for demand of 5 lakh in bribe as cost of blackmailing you through your girl friend?
5. Handing over debit card to a girl friend and visiting Mata Vaishno Devi with her (without knowledge of girl's parent)and having snaps with her speaks volumes, Mr. Raj.
6. Moreover, any married girl shall not open any such relation, 4 years after your marriage.
False and fabricated query.

The case is before her marriage.recently she has been married with someone.and one more thing money is demanded by her parents not by police man.also i want to clerify that i in airforce.directly policeman is not asking.on behalf of girl he is always compelling to do so.because by these mean he also will get some share.policeman is threatning us that she will lodge a case of rape and using her.sir now the girl is maried before 8 to 10 month before.what do u think that she will even dare to lodge a fake complain.
