Harassement by credit card division of a bank

Respected sirs,
harassement through letters and repeated telephone calls from credit card division of a bank quoting credit card number which has never been issued to the individual.what legal action can be initiated?pl advice.

go to concerned bank and inform true facts to them and ask them not to send letters to you.also ask them to stop calling u in future. inform them that u do not have credit card with said number of their bank.

You may lodge a complaint with the police against the callers for criminal intimidation.
