What if a group of people tried to frame you in behavioral issue, like demanding sexual favor from females? And all these matter are verbal with no proof.

Similar thing is happening to a victim where his superiors and college in the organisation are trying to frame him with behavioral issue with females, what can be done legally about this?

The victim can always police complaint TO act against sexual advancement one need not have video footage or ocular evidence. her statement is enough.

Draft a notice with the contents stated by you and give to the organizational head and get the said letter signed and stamped by him so that if dispute arouses in future you can at least try to prove your friend innocent on its basis

The victim has been sidelined with accusations based on false allegations ?, Whether any complaint lodged against him with the police or with the disciplinary authority of the organisation?, If it is just a rumour,ignore it or if there is any serious issue then take the help of a local lawyer and defend based on the facts on your side.
