Handover society with legal dispute

Hi Experts,
I am living in Pune, we are going to complete 2 years in society now it's time to take handover from builder.
Society is joint venture with builder and land owner.
We found after dept analysis, society land is in dispute, land owner put case on builder,
My question to experts did we take society handover from builder with legal dispute on land.
If we didn't then after 2 years builder with send it to government agency, If we take what should we take care as it's in dispute, what should be taken care in case landowner win the case.

When you have invested such a huge amount in the purchase/allotment of building you must have opted to seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer instead of depending upon FREE LEGAL SERVICES on this platform.
