How a minor can be charged for commission of Motor accident? Had he a driving licence from Motor Vehicles Department?
Guest (Expert) 03 September 2015
Ms Lina,

Is it a real case? Shri Biswanath has rightly raised a finger on driving as well as the accident by a minor.

Also, how the accident case reltes to taxation, as posted in the category of taxation?

Moreover, you have not mentioned, how you are concerned with the present case of accident by the ninor?

Frankly speaking, it seems to be purely an academit query by a law student!

Sir,

To have the driving licence i.e learner he should be 18 but in this case he is only 16 and knock down one old man while learning vehicle.
He does not have even learner licence.so they r putting all blame on the driver who was teaching him driving.
yes it is a real case n it happened with my frnd's father.
By mistake it is posted in taxation catagory.

If the case is on the adult teacher who was teaching driving to th minor then the police is right in those sections mentioned in the FIR.
