Dear guests,
i want to give my first floor to rent. Now talk is complete with one party and he is sayig that we will prepare lease deed fr 11 months. I said y lease deed, we can make simple rent agreement also.
He says lease deed i want because it is safer for both of us as it is made on 100 rupee stamp paper and it shows commercial transaction between owner and tenant.
Experts pls guide, is he saying right?
can i being a owner do this, any risk involved?
can rent agreement be made on stamp paper or only lease deed is made on stamp paper/.

The author not only misuses this site but abuses the experts also.
The author should be boycotted in future.

Mr/Ms.Sonal - First of all, stop misusing this portal which is meant for people who have practical legal problems and can not afford to avail paid services. Definitely this is not meant for people like you, who do not respect the aim of this portal forget about the experts who spare their valuable time and share their knowledge.
I too appeal all the experts not to attend the queries of the authors who try to use to improve their academic knowledge, who repeat their queries and who test the knowledge of experts.

I fully agree with the experts especially Mr. Devajyoti Barman and Mr. Malipeddi Jaggarao.
We will have to follow norms and rules of this platform, accordingly I also appeal to stand united, restricting ourselves for social cause only.
There is gross misuse and abuse of "FREE SERVICE" available on this portal, where needy persons shall be denied of the opportunity, if we continued to become tutors of such authors.

Even if the stand of the Barman,jaggarao and Vashista is correct about the author, it would have been graceful for barman to chase me about this author by way of PM rather posting his advice for me in derogatory language here.
I have always stood with the dignity of the experts and have even left the site for over 1 year just because the Admin was not caring for the prestige and dignity of the experts and nonsense authors had not been boycotted/banned and their identity was even not been disclosed.
I personally don't know about the author. Even the first comment of Barman is not in that direction. He refused to reply o the ground that the same is an academic query and not disclosed much more whereas I found that the same is not a academic query rather the author has associated himself with it hence I tried to reply and the reaction of barman was very teasing thereto.
