Guardian selling minor property with court permission

Hi Sir,

the guardian appointed by court (if father and mother are dead) for minor. the guardian appointed by court may misuses the money generated by selling of minor property with court permission.

how will court handle this or monitor guardian spending of money.

mr.Vishnu how many times you will come with queries on the same subject? Court is expected to deliver the justice, it has got its own mechanism to protect the interests of the minor while granting such permissions.
