I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR THE MINOR NOW MATTER CAME ON CHIEF EXAMINATION OF EVIDENCE NOW QUESTION ARISE THAT MINOR BECOME MAJOR NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO I DO NOT WANT TO WITHDRAW IT

application has become infructous as minor is now major and can take all decisions . with draw said application

if you are not willing to withdraw then on the application of the opposite party the court may dismiss the same.

when the minor has got major then there is no issue left in the case.
withdraw the case, it will be better
