Grandmother property

For my grandma 2daughters and 3sons and my mother is first one and iam granddaughter above 18years and remaining my uncle aunt daughters are 12yrs old.no one is caring for my grand mother and no one is giving money even daughters also..soo she is staying with me for past 3yrs this yr she decided to give her property to me.that property is on my grandma name.so any one will do objection if I take that property????

The maternal grandmother can dispose her property/share in her lifetime as it pleases to her by a valid deed e.g. gift/sale/WILL.
Register the deed, (including WILL preferably) in the presence of unshakable witnesses.
If she is age old and sick prefer to get medical certificate from specialist doctor, preferably govt., of mental soundness and evidence/witness that there was no pressure/coercion on her to sign the deed.
