Grand daughter's right

Dear Sir, My wife's grandfather was having self acquired 3 houses. He was died without making any will either in the name of my wife's grand mother nor in the name of his only son i.e my wife's father. My wife's father was expired in 1981 without making any will. My wife's mother has also expired in 2010 . My wife is 3 brothers and 3 sisters. All are married and having two daughters each only my self is having one son. All the brothers are retired and drawing Govt. Pension. All the three houses are occupied by the 3 brothers. Please let me know how my wife may get her share and how much from the property. File a suit for partition through a local lawyer.

Your wife is entitled for 1/6th share in the entire properties, ask her file a partition suit claiming her share in the properties.
