MY QUESTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWING:-

It is confusing. You say that you have completed B.Tech with first class in 2012. Again you say that you want to pursue your B.Tech.degree. What is the correct one?
A regular course if attendance is required, should be taken-up only with the permission of your employer. You have not obtained the permission. How you managed the attendance?
1. No, they will not include your qualification in service record.
2. If attendance was not mandatory, you can apply for ratification of permission stating that the course does not require attendance and you have completed the same without jeopardizing the interest of the institution and there was no inconvenience caused to the institution because of your studies.
3. Punishment as per service regulations.

When you are working in a Central government Understanding you should not have resorted this way for your further education. Who can answer to the question when attendance is mandatory you could complete the course while in service? Two things - either you have managed the attendance (obviously true in your case) or you have not attended the office but draw the salary. Both are inexcusable offences if brought on record.

Only the way out is you have to declare that you have taken up the course without prior permission, somehow managed attendance. This will expose you to disciplinary action and you will have to face it. There is no other go. Even if you leave this present job and join some where else, there also this question will again arise. Take the guidance some seniors and superiors in your own organisation. They can bail you out with lesser punishment.

Well explained by expert Mr. Malipeddi Jagga Rao, now it is upto you how you are managing the situation.
