Sir,I had a charge of IPC 341 323 and 34 but the witnesses of my opponent didn't came and the complainant had withdrawn the case by compromise.Now my question is
1) what I have to write in my character antecedent certificate?
Have I ever been prosecuted?
Yes or No?
2)After compromise,if there will be any record of this case in the police station or it will be cleared???

Compromise not considered honorable acquittal.

Its is suggested not to conceal anything. Post the facts.
