hello sir my question is it is necessary to mention property tax number in gift deed ?

Mr. Shah! It would have been better had you mentioned your real problem but even then I am giving you my opinion that it is not necessary to mention property tax number in gift-deed, however, there is no harm if the same is also mentioned so as to identify the property properly.

my grand father has own 2 bhk flat now he has decided to gifted to me so i want know it is necessary to mention property tax account number for making gift deed ?
