Gamthal and simtal property in gujarat

Some property situated in small villages in the Gujarat and the talati, Gram panchayat issued Assessment Register and old gamthal certificate as the said property situated in gamthal.
But, some talati issued Simtal Certificate so whats different between Simtal and Gamthal Property?
please reply for only gujarat.
and if dont understand under graduate person mr.kavksatyanarayana, please dont rply as this is not question paper and all that.

You have posted this query mentioning local (Gujarati) connotations on this site, which is globally accessible.
I am located in Delhi, I did not follow what do you intend to seek opinion/advise qua your question/query. How do you expect every legal persona is aware about local (Gujrati) words/connotations.
Commenting on any expert, like you have made for Mr. Kavksatyanana, is not in a good taste. It is absurd and ridiculous.
Consult a local lawyer in Gujarat.

Yes.. I agree.. never expect the answer after commenting the expert in this way. Your last query was really vague and seems to be academic. Even this query posted by you is vague. Mention full facts of the case to get a proper guidance. You can also send a personal message to any expert if you want someone specific to answer your query.
