Full & final settlement is not done yet

Hello Sir,

I left company in pune year back with proper resignation process. Even I served extended notice period. I have received all the documents( offer letter,experience letter, resignation letter etc ) from the company.
It's been one year , I did not received
full & final settlement from company. I sent many mails to them, But there reply is "full & final settlement" will take couple of months. They are not commiting
to particular date

Actually company is following this practice with many ex employees. They are taking very long time 2-3 years for the F&F , but I cant wait for 1-2 years more .
Please suggest what can be done for this.

Issue legal notice to the co., to settle the amount within given time.

Hello Sir ,

Thanks for the response. What should be the format of the notice , can you please share if you have ?,
As amount is not big ,hiring a lawyer will not be affordable for me .

Please contact a lawyer in your locality . lawyers do not charge like what you think they charge. lawyers are helpful and supportive.
