Dear Sir,

I have question I have resign from one of the Hotel in pune in april2015, but my HOD didnt accept my resignation, Then I send my resignation by mail to HOD/HR, but they reply me with not accepting of resignation& Absconding.
I have work there for 5.5 yrs.also I have to take 70 thousand from the company which i paid on there behalf since 2013.

kindly suggest me how i will go further to clear my dues as i dont want to go there as I have moved another city with new job.

You should post 'Why the resignation was not accepted'................the underlying reason..for better response?


Resignation can be without notice and approval.

Once employee has tendered resignation he/she has ended the employer-employee relationship.


If employee has supplied the resignation then employee has not absconded.
Declaring a resigned employee 'absconder' is falsification of record and is offense.


Absconder is a derogatory word and the person that calls anyone absconder can be sued.

The Act of the Manager/employer can be termed 'Defamation', 'Discriminatory Retaliation' etc....


You are eligible to get service certificate,correct FnF statement showing earned wages/Bonus/OT/Gratuity/Leave encashment etc , payment of FnF wages by bank DD,Form 16 as per correct FnF statement,service certificate,Relieving letter,NOC/NDC, Gratuity etc
