Fruad activity by job consultancy

I posted my resume in Indeed website. One of the famous website for job seekers. I got call from a consultancy that they selected my resume and ready to assist me to get a job in a famous company. Even they have website. They forwarded there bank account details. They arranged telephonic interview (fake) and later sent me offer letter. They said me to deposit token amount 20k. Nw they sent me appointment letter and asked me to join this month 15 . Nw I need to deposit balance 55k amount. I started verifying and Nw I found that they r fraud. I need to stop this fraud people . they need to be punished and no other student should get cheated by this fraud people. Please you people are the strongest according to me to save our people legaly. Please do something. I ready to file a complaint and do anything . all i want is these fraud people need to be identified and punished . need your support.

I believe our lawyers..I know you people are most powerful people ...so I am bringing this issue to you all.. I hope at least some one in this group will feel it s ter responsibility to save your people from this criminals. I am waiting for a reply from strong person who worried about Indians....thank you

It is you only who has to give application to the police.

do not expect this forum to do your job.

the experts here are just giving free advise on charitable basis.

Thus forum is not a police thana.

even police will not be able to help you without details of the company.

This malpractice is very common and one should exercise care before succumbing to their tactics. However,You can make a police complaint with all the correspondence on hand and request them to investigate.

First of all thanks for replying... I will definitely file a complaint.. But another side people r being cheated.. Hw to stop this.. Feeling Great to hear that this s common malpractice ...any way thank you all..s its my job I wil do it sir..

After filing police complaint, these people would not be able to indulge in fraud with others.

Do you have the perfect proof with you against the recruiter that "people r being cheated.. Hw to stop this." If not, you should not be concerned with others. You should be concerned with your own case. So, your question becomes quite vague, as you cannot wield the powers of police at your own to stop them. Your job will be over after you file a complaint. Let the police do their own job.
