Sir my question is a bus driver got injury during the course of employment then from whom he is entitled to get compensation?Driver is employed in UP ROADWAYS?Is it mandatory to send notice to defendant as a government?

The driver is a workman under the meaning of the Workman Compensation Act and entitle to get compensation from the owner of the Bus i.e UP Roadways Corporation

yes, I agree with the experts. You can claim compensation under the Workmens' compensation act.

You can get compensation from him.
If he does not pay, send representation to the commissioner appointed by the WCAct
