(Querist) 04 March 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Person named "A" took money from person "B" but did not provide any cheque or any kind of negotiable instrument. Now A denies for the lent money. Between the period of recovery he accepted that he is ready to pay the money soon which was recorded in phone by "B" through call recording.

Now how can "B" claim for money from "A".?
Can money be recovered on the basis of recorded audio clip?

Chances of winning depend upon effective presentation of the case by the advocate of any of the two parties.

However, the incident does not fall within the scope of fraud as per your description.

The proof of audio recording may not be of sure help to you in the court. Much depends on your lawyer.

i presume money was advanced by cheque . if you have any acknowledgment of liability from borrower file summary suit for recovery of money . chances of recovery are good but it may take some time to recover your money
