Fraud

My grandfather had a property at Mumbai, was suffering from cataracts at 80 years nearly blind, living alone his daughter lived away after marriage. His neighbour being doctor gained confidence of the old man and fraudulent ly get him to sirn blank papers.These blank papers are later on used to make Gpa in favour of doctor and a property joint development in favour of the doctor himself.Some of the papers were made by a lawyer who was not enrolled in bar council, ie he not licensed. What is the status of such documents, are they valid.My grandfather during his lifetime realised the fraud took the matter to court, died 2 years later and doctor using blank papers made a will in his favour, The probate case going on in high court for last 24 year.Please advice

This is fraud and cheating. File criminal cases against them.

Since is case is pending you have to wait for its outcome. Take advice from other available advocates to know the reason of delay and the methods to expedite it.

Engage/contact local lawyer, the subject matter involves number of issues to be considered and presented to the Court.
It is immaterial who prepared documents, whether the person was enrolled in Bar Council or not as document writer need not be an advocate.

testamentary suits are not pending in Bombay High court for 24 years as claimed by you . some testamentary suits for 2006 have been disposed of
