Format of application to society for new membership

Hi ..I am in the process of buying a new property in Navi Mumbai and the society needs a application from me for new membership ..is there a particular format for the same .regards

Hi,Consult a Local Good advocate and have his consultancy by paying his fees which you would afford.

You can ask society itself the form which contain information required by them, acceptable to them and fulfilling their requirement.

Assume u r purchasing flat in society.
1) society noc to sell
2) execution of Agreement
3) Apply to soc for transfer
4) if transaction is regular, soc will give all transfer forms
Including indemnity
5) pay transfer fee
6) In meeting of Commitee/AGM your application approved
7) share cert will be issued in your name
8) finally u will become qualified member
