My wife submitted 3 bills of hotel in court in my ongoing divorce case to claim money from me but, the fact is she didn't stayed at that hotel. It is known fact to me that the owner of the hotel is there family friend so, she managed those bills and he won't favour us. However I will work hard to dig out evidences that she didn't stayed there. So, is it an offence on both of them ? Please tell sections

it is seen that you are habibutal of posting your queries without head and tail or the context of the real problem.

By the way, how much is the amount of three hotel bills and why you are hesitant in making payment of the bills? After all you are her husband until you are able to get divorce that too being liable to pay maintenance charges to your wife, including the hotel bills, she produced.
